News & Events Brooklyn Brewery hop sampling at Brew Cavern on 8 July

Brew Cavern are excited to announce a hop sampling event in conjunction with Brooklyn Brewery at their shop on the 8th July, 15:00-18:00. Rachael from Brooklyn Brewery will be around the shop for the afternoon offering free samples of Sorachi Ace & 1/2 Ale.

Both beers feature the Sorachi Ace hop, a really interesting hop variety that gives aromas of lemon, lime & dill, though some people also get coconut and bubblegum!

This promises to be an enlightening insight into Brooklyn Brewery, their beers, their history and their vision for the future of craft beer.
