Boutiques in Flying Horse Walk will be getting involved in this year's Nottingham in Fashion event in March.

Style will take over the city for one weekend only this month with the arrival of the Nottingham in Fashion event – and retailers from Flying Horse Walk are jumping on-board.

Gigi Bottega and Pearl Boutique will both be supplying items to be showcased during one of the event’s many catwalk shows, where guests can sign-up to see the latest styles and collections from retailers across the city.

Nottingham in Fashion will take place on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 March, with free to attend shows at the Council House overlooking the Old Market Square.

This year’s event includes three differently themed shows, aiming to appeal to all of the city’s savvy and stylish shoppers. This includes budget-loving students, fashionable working professionals and classic style item investors.

Luxury fashion boutique Gigi Bottega, located at the northern entrance of Flying Horse Walk, will be showcasing their latest designer items during the event.

The store, owned by mother and daughter Debra and Gabriella Trivigno, stock items from well-known designer brands such as Gucci, Stella McCartney, Prada and Versace.

Fellow Flying Horse Walk tenant, Pearl Boutique, is also getting involved with this year’s fashion weekend and will be sending their latest prom dress designs and formal occasionwear down the runway.

The store is home to a large collection of prom dresses, evening wear, ball gowns, as well as bridal wear for both brides and bridesmaids.

This year’s Nottingham in Fashion event is free to attend. To book a free catwalk show seat and for further information, simply visit http://www.itsinnottingham.com/fashion
